Tonight’s dinner recipe is a summer garden delight! Bow tie pasta, sliced black olives (I like to buy whole olives and slice them. They seem more firm that way) grape tomatoes from the garden, farm fresh chicken cooked in chunks in the crockpot for an hour with Italian seasoning and a little olive oil, two handfuls of fresh spinach, a handful of our garden basil, 2 cloves of our garden garlic, and mozzarella pearls. Toss it all together cold with olive oil and salt and pepper! It is delicious!
